What to Expect on Moving Day

After you submit your quote request, you'll be connected with a dedicated local moving specialist who will guide you through every step of the process. Your moving coordinator will be available to answer questions, provide updates, and ensure everything is prepared for a smooth moving experience.

On moving day, our team of trained, professional movers will arrive on time, carefully protect your home, and begin loading your clearly labeled belongings onto our moving truck. Each item will be transported safely to your new home and placed in the appropriate room according to the labels on your boxes, making unpacking easier and more organized.

Before your move begins, you'll review and sign a Bill of Lading, an important document that outlines the services being provided and serves as the official inventory and receipt for your move.

Once your belongings have been delivered and placed in your new home, you'll have the opportunity to inspect your items to ensure everything arrived safely and in good condition. After confirming your satisfaction, you'll sign the final paperwork to complete your move.
